Privacy statement

The company incorporated under German law “Hublo Fireworks GmbH” (hereinafter referred to as: Hublo Fireworks) based and with offices at Stockholmer Str. 6 , 48455 Bad Bentheim, Germany is the data controller as referred to and named in this privacy statement. 

Processing in connection with the performance of the contract

Execution of the agreement
Hublo Fireworks is engaged in the business of marketing fireworks and related items. 

This marketing takes place on the basis of concluded (purchase) agreements. The provision of information by the customer, with the desire - if possible - to come to an agreement, can also be included in this process.

In order to handle these agreements, it is necessary for Hublo Fireworks to process data. Processing of privacy data is therefore carried out within the framework of the performance of the agreement.

• Email addresses;
• Telephone numbers;
• Bank account numbers;
• Other data related to the conclusion or completion of a contract, which are actively provided by the customer; 

Without this information, the correct (order) information cannot be linked to the correct relationship and/or contact information, making it impossible for Hublo Fireworks to fulfil its legal obligation, fulfil the agreements correctly and/or be able to provide the customer with the correct information. 

Correct bookkeeping and administration
To this end, it is necessary for Hublo Fireworks to store and keep the data belonging to the basic administration (including data relating to accounts receivable and accounts payable) for an extended period of time. Only by processing the aforementioned data does Hublo Fireworks consider itself able to perform its bookkeeping and administration properly.  

For both the “fulfilment of the agreement” and the establishment and maintenance of a “correct bookkeeping and administration” Hublo Fireworks obtains this data during or on behalf of a contact moment with a (potential) customer, whether or not via the website, telephone contact, or other (e-mail) correspondence with Hublo Fireworks and data are provided by this customer.

Where necessary, this data will be processed by Hublo Fireworks.

Further processing only with the consent of the relation
Marketing expressions 
With regard to marketing activities, various parties and/or programmes’s may be used by Hublo Fireworks for the purpose of, for example, distributing marketing expressions. Data are also processed through these programmes’s and parties, which may involve data on the basis of which individuals can be identified. 

Without the use of these programmes’s, it is not feasible for Hublo Fireworks to address existing and new customers.

Cookies and analysis programmes’s
For marketing purposes, Hublo Fireworks may thereby use (the placement of) cookies and programmes’s for the analysis of the obtained (cookie) data. This makes it possible for Hublo Fireworks to conduct market research to a certain extent. 

 

With analysis programmes’s it is possible to obtain information that could potentially lead to the identification of any (natural) person. For that reason, such data also falls under privacy-sensitive information.

How long will (personal) data be kept by Hublo Fireworks
Hublo Fireworks retains the data that is and/or should be part of the administration and bookkeeping, as long as required by Legislation and/or as long as advised by an accountant. 

Data obtained through the use of analysis programmes’s will be deleted no later than 50 months after registration. Hublo Fireworks states that it considers this period to be reasonable, as it needs this period to be able to follow up on the outcome of market research and adjust its product range and policies accordingly. 

For the purpose of marketing communications, the relation is free at any time to unsubscribe from receiving (and thus also sending) these marketing communications.

With whom Hublo Fireworks shares data
In order to provide a proper service and conduct business, Hublo Fireworks is required to engage third parties. 

These parties have (limited) access to the data of Hublo Fireworks' relations. Where necessary, Hublo Fireworks will enter into an agreement with these parties regulating the protection and use of this data. 

In relation to marketing activities
As previously described, companies and/or cookies and/or programmes’

may be used by Hublo Fireworks for the purpose of marketing activities.

By these parties, data already collected and/or data obtained may be deployed after use for the purpose of, inter alia, market research, improvement of website/product range and services. Where necessary, Hublo Fireworks enters into an agreement with these parties to govern the protection and use of this data.

Sharing data with foreign parties
For the use of foreign programmes/parties, Hublo Fireworks seeks advice from third parties, such as e.g. its accountant or its internet marketing agency. If this results in the advice to have the data processed by a foreign party, an agreement may be entered into with that party to regulate the protection and use of this data.

Hublo Fireworks takes care of organisational and technical measures to secure (personal) data. These include securing the data received after using the website and using a firewall and anti-virus software where necessary.

This privacy statement does not apply to third-party websites linked (or otherwise) to Hublo Fireworks. Hublo Fireworks cannot guarantee that these parties handle (personal) data in the desired manner.
