How can I order fireworks from HBL Fireworks?

You can easily place an order through our webshop. Choose your favorite products, enter your details, and complete your order via the checkout page. Orders can be collected during the pickup days on December 29, 30, and 31.

What is the minimum order value?

There is a minimum order value of €100 per order.

How do I select my pickup time?

During checkout, you can select your preferred pickup date and timeslot. You will then receive a confirmation by email.

Can I combine multiple orders?

Yes, orders placed with the same email address are automatically merged in our system.

Which payment methods are available?

The available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Do you offer KVK sales?

No, we do not offer KVK sales. Fireworks can only be purchased and collected during the official pickup days.

Where can I collect my order?

Your order can be collected at our pickup location in Bad Bentheim (Stockholmerstrasse 6), Germany — just across the Dutch border.

When can I collect my order?

You can collect your fireworks on the fixed pickup days: December 29, 30, and 31 (your exact pickup moment is selected during checkout).

What should I bring when collecting my order?

Please bring your order number(s), order confirmations/invoices, and a valid ID. Also make sure you know which email address was used for all orders. This helps ensure a smooth and fast pickup process.

Are there other ways to receive my order?

No, we do not ship fireworks. Pickup on location is the only option.

Am I allowed to bring fireworks into the Netherlands?

We are a German company and operate according to German legislation. The exact regulations that apply in the Netherlands are currently still unclear.

No, cakes and compounds can easily be ordered online to make sure you do not miss out on the most popular products. For children’s fireworks, ground fireworks, firecrackers, and fountains, please check the stock on the website and visit our store.

What does the CE certification mean?

The CE certification means the fireworks comply with European safety standards. This significantly reduces safety risks.

Where can I find product details and effects?

Each product in our webshop includes a description with details such as the number of shots, caliber, and effects.

Why order through HBL instead of buying physically in Germany?

How much does my compound weigh?

Do I need to fuse my compound myself?

Some of our products are “double” compounds, perfect for creative fireworks enthusiasts. This means you still need to connect the fuses yourself by twisting the fuses together. Check YouTube for tutorials on how to do this safely and correctly.

Does my compound come with a cage?

Some of our products come with a protective cage. This is for safety during transport and can easily be removed using a sturdy cutting tool.
