At Hublo Fireworks, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality fireworks products. However, we understand that sometimes there may be reasons for wanting to return a product. Please read our return policy carefully below for a clear explanation of the options.

Conditions for Returns

1. Damaged or defective products: Should you receive a product that is damaged or not functioning properly, please notify our customer service team within 48 hours of collection. Please provide photos’s or other evidence so that we can assess the situation quickly and efficiently.

2. Return in original condition: All returned products must be in their original, unopened packaging and must not have been used or processed. Opened or damaged packaging unfortunately we cannot accept returns.

3. Return request and approval: Returns are only possible after written approval from our customer service department. Please contact us at [email address] or [phone number] and state your order number and reason for return. Once your return request has been approved, you will receive further instructions.

4. Return costs: All costs for returning the products will be borne by the customer, unless the product was delivered defective due to our error or a manufacturing defect.

5. Exceptions to the return policy: Fireworks products are subject to special regulations and, for safety reasons, usually cannot be returned after sale, except in the case of obvious manufacturing defects or damage established beforeóór use.

If the return meets our conditions, you will receive a refund of the purchase price. Note: Shipping and return costs will not be refunded unless the defect or fault lies with Hublo Fireworks. Refunds are usually processed within 14 days of receipt and approval of the return.

Important to Know

At Hublo Fireworks, we take safety extremely seriously. Pyrotechnic products cannot be returned after opening or use, to avoid risk’s for you and others. We recommend that you inspect all products thoroughly upon collection to ensure the quality and condition of your purchase.
